TwoScots are partnering with a large, established organisation based in Ringwood to recruit a Payroll Officer to join their experienced payroll team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong payroll foundation who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking to continue developing their skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• High-volume payroll processing
• End-to-end payroll duties
• Processing new starters, terminations and employee changes
• Managing leave calculations, adjustments and deductions
• Responding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
• Payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
• Supporting the wider payroll team with ad hoc duties

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years' payroll experience
• Previous experience within a high-volume payroll environment
• Experience using a large payroll system
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to confidently work to deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Willingness to learn and continue developing within payroll
