Key Responsibilities

  • Investigating payroll issues and working within the backend of the payroll system

  • Resolving payroll related queries in line with relevant EBAs and awards

  • Processing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax, and PAYG

  • Collaborating with the payroll team to achieve shared objectives to a high standard

  • Partnering with leadership to support process improvements

  • Upholding high customer service standards across the business

  • Supporting the project team with reports, reconciliations, and payroll compliance activities

Skills & Experience

  • Project payroll experience highly regarded

  • Strong payroll reporting, reconciliation, and problem solving skills

  • Experience working with large, complex payroll systems

  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
