The Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support payroll processes, reporting, and analysis within a SAP SuccessFactors environment. This role does not involve running payroll, but focuses on calculations, reporting, and quality assurance checks, including redundancy and LSL calculations. You'll assist with data accuracy, queries, and supporting payroll system improvements. Contract starts ASAP.
What You'll Do
- Support payroll processes through calculations, reporting, and analytical work
- Perform redundancy and long service leave (LSL) calculations
- Review and validate payroll data, supporting payroll accuracy and compliance
- Assist with queries and provide payroll reporting and insights to Payroll and HR teams
- Perform testing and quality assurance in SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECT modules
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on integration and payroll data accuracy
- Support process improvements and remediation activities as required
What They're Looking For
- Proven payroll experience, particularly in analytical or support roles
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially EC & ECT
- Solid understanding of payroll calculations (redundancy, LSL, etc.) and compliance requirements
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills for consolidations and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
