ABOUT THE ROLE
TwoScots are partnering with a well-known retail brand to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator.
This is a 3-6 month temporary opportunity, stepping in to support the team during a period of leave and transition. You'll play a vital role in keeping onboarding and offboarding processes running smoothly across the APAC region - with a particular focus on the Australia and New Zealand retail teams.

Play a key role in major seasonal onboarding campaigns
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate employment contracts and manage onboarding for high-volume retail hires

Coordinate the exit process across the region (AU & NZ)

Onboard employees into internal systems

Provide general HR admin support as needed (mostly repetitive processes)

Support with upcoming Christmas recruitment coordination if extended
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-
Previous experience in HR, People & Culture, or Talent Coordination

Exposure to high-volume onboarding or recruitment administration

Familiarity with Freshdesk/Zendesk or similar ticketing systems

Confident managing repetitive tasks and keeping processes accurate

Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing deadlines
