The Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced P&C Advisor to support end-to-end HR operations within a busy business. This is a hands-on, stand-alone role focused on HR delivery, safety leadership, and quality support rather than strategic design. You'll manage contracts, inductions, safety forums, and compliance activities while working closely with on-site teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end HR in a confidential, stand-alone capacity but with plenty of support
- Draft and issue employment contracts and variations
- Oversee and improve employee inductions and onboarding packs
- Identify and address safety gaps within induction and operational practices
- Chair and manage quarterly Safety Committee meetings
- Capture, track, and follow up safety issues and concerns
- Maintain and drive the Business Improvement Register
- Assist with quality audits and compliance activities
- Communicate confidently across all levels of the business
- Proactively challenge unsafe practices and drive continuous improvement
