About the Role
As a People & Culture Advisor, you will:
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and contracts
- Deliver a high level of customer service, responding to general HR enquiries and "how-to" questions on policies and processes
- Manage employee changes accurately across HR systems, including LMS and engagement platforms
- Coordinate police checks, background checks, novated leasing, and other employment checks, ensuring quick turnaround times
- Prepare and issue employment contracts with a 24-hour turnaround
- Maintain HR data integrity, reporting, and updates using Excel and HR systems
- Support engagement initiatives, including office-based surveys and data updates
- Ensure all work aligns with Awards, legislation and company policy
Skills & Experience
- A strong customer-service mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in an HR, People Services, or People & Culture support role
- Confidence managing employee lifecycle administration and HR systems
- Good working knowledge of Excel and HR data reporting
- High attention to detail and responsiveness in a high-volume environment
- A collaborative approach and genuine willingness to help others
