ABOUT THE ROLE
TwoScots are partnering with a leading education provider seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a complex school collaboration and transition project.
This role will see you working closely with several schools to oversee structural and operational changes as one site transitions to an independent model. You'll coordinate key stakeholders, manage project risks, and guide smooth communication and change across the network.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic project leader with strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally with experience across education, government, or community-based projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple schools, ensuring alignment and accountability.

Change Management: Support staff and leadership through structural changes, managing communication, engagement, and readiness activities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with principals, leadership teams, and key partners to ensure clear communication and shared goals.

Risk & Issues Management: Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies, particularly around staff movement, communication, and operational continuity.

Governance & Reporting: Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and updates for senior leaders.

Communication Support: Assist school leadership in delivering consistent and timely messaging to staff, parents, and the wider community.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience leading or coordinating complex projects in an education setting.

Strong background in change management or employee/industrial relations.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Strong organisational and reporting abilities, with attention to governance and risk.

Comfortable working across multiple sites and diverse stakeholder groups.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.).
