Based in Melbourne, this 6-month temporary role plays a critical part in strengthening international program governance, compliance, and service delivery ahead of a major audit period.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional with strong international education experience who can take ownership of projects, drive process improvement, and support compliance across international enrolment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead a significant international compliance and governance project

Review, map, and improve processes aligned to CRICOS, ESOS, National Code, and visa requirements

Support preparation for upcoming international compliance audits

Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and develop practical improvement solutions

Produce clear documentation, reporting, and process maps (including enrolment, visa and passport data)

Work closely with internal stakeholders across international admissions, compliance, and leadership

Support broader international growth objectives through improved service delivery and systems
What We're Looking For

Strong background in international education, compliance, or governance

Experience within tertiary education, government, consulting, or international organisations

Recent exposure to compliance, auditing, legislation, or regulatory frameworks

Proven ability to take initiative, lead workstreams, and drive outcomes independently

Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical skills

Experience in process improvement or project-based work highly regarded
