Both offer the chance to step into friendly, professional environments for a short term assignement - one based in Dandenong (FMCG) and the other in Brighton (Education).

What You'll Be Doing

Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, creating a warm and professional first impression

Keep reception and communal areas neat, tidy, and well-presented

Handle courier bookings, sort mail, and liaise with Australia Post
-
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready for use
What We're Looking For

Experience in Reception or a similar front-of-house role
-
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
A can-do attitude and pride in maintaining a welcoming workspace
