About the Role

This newly created role will see you lead the migration of rostering processes across both system and paper-based environments. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you will design, build, and implement rostering solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance and efficiency. The role requires a balance of strong technical knowledge, system capability, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead the rostering migration across multiple sites and systems
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions
  • Building and testing rosters to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Driving change management initiatives and delivering training to end users
  • Providing ongoing support and optimisation as processes embed

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading rostering projects or large scale system transitions
  • Strong technical knowledge of workforce management or rostering systems
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in delivering training and supporting change initiatives
  • A solutions focused approach with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
