Sales Administrator
TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit a Sales Administrator for an immediate start temporary opportunity based in Mulgrave.
Working within a busy customer-focused team, you'll be responsible for managing inbound customer requirements, processing orders through the CRM system and liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless service. This role would suit a confident communicator who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries and interactions predominantly over the phone

Place and process customer orders through the CRM system

Identify opportunities to upsell where appropriate

Liaise with internal stakeholders including Territory Managers and delivery drivers

Manage customer and internal email correspondence

Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team

Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer information and orders
What We're Looking For

Previous contact centre, customer service, sales administration or similar experience highly regarded

Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good administration and computer skills
