TwoScots Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established national organisation within the materials and supply sector to recruit a WHS Administrator.
This role is well suited to a highly organised administrator seeking a Senior Administration Officer position, supporting the coordination and maintenance of safety systems, records and compliance processes across the business.
This is a 12-14 month fixed-term parental leave cover, based on-site in Abbotsford with onsite parking, offering part-time hours (30-32 hours per week) across 4-5 days with a consistent schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support across WHS systems, ensuring records, reports and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding actions, reports and compliance requirements across the business
- Coordinate training, inductions and compliance documentation, ensuring all records are maintained
- Assist with preparation of safety communications, reports and meeting documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across office and warehouse teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the Group Operations Manager across safety and operational processes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong administrative background with proven ability to manage processes, documentation and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to follow up and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to keep tasks moving and meet deadlines
- High level of emotional intelligence with a calm, approachable and professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word); experience with Access or similar systems is advantageous
