This role is pivotal in managing and executing a diverse portfolio of events, ensuring exceptional client experiences while contributing to the firm's ongoing growth strategy.
You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of events, from concept through to execution, while working closely with senior stakeholders, Partners, and the national marketing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Sydney office events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction

Develop and manage the annual office events plan, including strategy, budgeting, timelines, and reporting

Coordinate internal and external corporate events such as Christmas parties, client breakfasts, boardroom lunches, and sponsorship activations (up to 250 attendees)

Manage financial administration including disbursements, budgets, and invoice processing

Liaise with caterers, suppliers, Partners, and senior staff to ensure smooth delivery

Manage RSVP lists, run sheets, comms, and post-event reporting

Provide marketing support to Sydney Partners and assist with implementation of national strategies

Oversee local office sponsorship event activities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

3+ years' experience in events, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage Partners, Directors, and senior staff

Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of delivering events end-to-end

Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing technology platforms

Hands-on and detail-focused, with the ability to balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution

Flexible, adaptable, and able to deliver results under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related discipline

Strong understanding of marketing philosophies and practices

Must be well-presented, level-headed, and comfortable representing the firm at events
