ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, this role will focus on costing, financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decision-making. You will play a key role in monitoring cost structures, analysing financial performance and partnering with internal teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
The role will also involve working with international stakeholders, therefore Mandarin language capability is essential.
DUTIES
- Analyse and monitor cost structures across the business
- Develop and maintain product or operational costing models
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
- Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for senior stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- CA or CPA qualified
- Mandarin speaking (essential)
- Must have extensive cost accounting experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering capability
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
