This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll services. About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing end-to-end payroll

  • Managing timesheets, terminations, back pay, adjustments, and leave calculations

  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, awards, EBAs and company policies

  • Maintaining employee records and resolving payroll queries

  • Preparing payroll reporting for management and finance teams

  • Liaising with external bodies such as ATO, superannuation funds, and WorkCover

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a standalone, end-to-end payroll role

  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards and EBAs

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy

  • Experience within Health or Aged Care highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Experience using large payroll/HRIS systems
