Duties:
-
End-to-end processing of a high-volume payroll on a fortnightly cycle
-
Review and check calculations, including leave, terminations, and redundancies
-
Interpret multiple Awards and EBAs
-
Manage payroll queries and provide excellent customer service to employees
-
Support process improvement initiatives and assist with reconciliations and reporting
Skills & experience:
You'll bring a positive attitude and a proactive approach to your work, along with:

Proven experience in end-to-end payroll within a medium to large organisation
-
Strong knowledge of Awards, EBAs, and current payroll legislation
-
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
-
Experience using large payroll systems (Chris21, Dayforce, or similar)
-
Ability to hit the ground running and work well in a supportive team
