TwoScots are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join their team. This opportunity will suit a payroll professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to efficient, accurate payroll operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Manage accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Oversee onboarding, superannuation and statutory payroll obligations
• Manage payroll and timesheet enquiries, providing a high level of stakeholder support
• Assist with payroll implementations and operational transitions
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, accuracy and efficiency

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years' experience in contractor payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Modern Awards, EBAs and compliance requirements
• Proven end-to-end payroll experience with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong systems capability, problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
