About the Role:
Joining a large and established payroll team, this role will see you responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across a complex workforce. It's ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and thrives in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process end-to-end payroll for a large employee base

Manage leave types including LSL, maternity, and parental leave

Interpret and apply EBAs and Awards accurately

Handle high-volume payroll processing with precision
-
Perform superannuation and payroll tax calculations
-
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
-
Undertake terminations and redundancies
-
Respond to and manage payroll-related queries in a timely manner

Maintain strong knowledge of relevant systems and legislative requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
-
Proven experience in a large and complex payroll environment
-
Proficient in Chris21 and/or SAP (highly regarded)

Strong understanding of superannuation, payroll tax, EBAs, and awards

Demonstrated ability to perform full function payroll

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-
High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management capabilities

Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

Strong team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
