We're partnering with a large and highly regarded organisation currently undergoing significant business transformation looking to appoint an experienced Senior UKG Consultant to join the project team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a complex UKG environment, supporting large-scale change initiatives across workforce management and people systems.
About the Role:
Working closely with technical teams, project stakeholders and business leaders, you'll be responsible for driving requirements gathering, process improvement, system optimisation and implementation support across the UKG landscape.
This role requires someone with strong technical UKG expertise, but equally important is the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders, translate business requirements and operate effectively within a fast-paced transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support large-scale UKG transformation initiatives
* Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
* Partner closely with stakeholders across Payroll, HR, IT and Operations
* Provide technical expertise across UKG configurations, integrations and system functionality
* Assist with testing, troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives
* Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines
* Work collaboratively within the broader project team while also operating autonomously
About You:
* Strong experience working within UKG / Kronos environments
* Previous experience in Senior Consultant, System Admin or Business Analyst positions
* Strong understanding of workforce management, HRIS and payroll systems
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
* Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
* Experience within large, complex or transformative environments highly regarded
