Are you an experienced internal recruiter who enjoys owning the entire recruitment process while also having the opportunity to broaden your HR experience?
Our client is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team on a 9-month contract. This is a recruitment-led role where you'll take ownership of attracting and securing great talent across the business, while also contributing to HR initiatives and projects when recruitment activity allows.
The Role:
As the Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
- Writing engaging job advertisements for SEEK, LinkedIn and the company Careers Page
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting phone interviews and coordinating the interview process
- Partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Completing reference checks and managing offer processes
- Supporting the ongoing optimisation of Greenhouse ATS and AI recruitment technology
- Assisting with HR projects and providing generalist HR support when recruitment volumes allow
- Contributing to initiatives that enhance the employee experience and employer brand
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of positions
- Previous HR Generalist or HR Advisory experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
- Confidence building relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Strong systems capability and the ability to quickly learn new technology
