The Overview

We're partnering with a leading International Organisation to find an experienced Time & Attendance Systems Specialist to join their People & Culture Systems team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in keeping workforce management systems accurate, compliant, and running smoothly, supporting payroll, rostering, and time capture across the business.

You'll be the go-to expert for all things Time & Attendance: system configuration, troubleshooting, process improvement, integrations, and end-user support. Working closely with Payroll, HR, and Operations, you'll ensure employees are paid correctly and the systems operate seamlessly.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and maintain the Time & Attendance system.
  • Configure and update pay rules, work schedules, and accrual policies in line with Enterprise Agreements and business requirements.
  • Partner with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate time capture and payroll processing.
  • Provide first-line support for system issues, escalating to vendors or IT as needed.
  • Lead or support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
  • Maintain and document system processes, workflows, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial instruments, legislation, and internal policy.

What They're Looking For

  • Proven experience working with a Time & Attendance or Workforce Management system (e.g. UKG/Kronos, EmpLive, Humanforce, Chris21, Preceda, Dayforce).
  • Solid understanding of rostering, pay rules, and time capture processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting payroll operations and interpreting Enterprise Agreements or Awards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
