We are partnering with a large, complex organisation to appoint a UKG Systems Lead to take ownership of a mature, enterprise-wide UKG environment.This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end configuration, optimisation and ongoing performance of UKG across a multi-site workforce. The platform has been live for approximately 18 months and is embedded across the business, with minimal rollout remaining.

About the Role
As the UKG Systems Lead, you will act as the primary subject matter expert for the platform, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Full end-to-end ownership of UKG configuration across the organisation
- Leading BAU system support and ongoing optimisation of a live UKG environment
- Partnering with business leaders to translate workforce and operational needs into system configuration and enhancements
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to two UKG support team members
- Acting as the escalation point for complex system issues and configuration decisions
- Driving continuous improvement and best-practice use of UKG
Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years' deep, hands-on UKG configuration experience
- Proven experience owning and supporting a live UKG platform in a complex organisation
- Strong understanding of UKG functionality and configuration best practice
- Comfortable operating as a system owner and trusted SME, not just support
- Experience providing guidance or informal leadership to other UKG or systems resources
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
