TwoScots Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established national organisation within the materials and supply sector to recruit a Work Health & Safety (WHS) Administrator. This role will support the ongoing administration and coordination of key safety systems, records, and compliance processes across the business.
This is a 12-14 month fixed-term parental leave cover, based on-site in Abbotsford, offering part-time hours (20-30 per week) across 4-5 days with a consistent schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer risk assessments, incident, injury and hazard reporting systems while maintaining accurate safety records
- Track and follow up corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved and compliance requirements are met
- Coordinate mandatory safety training, inductions, and maintain licence and certification records
- Assist with workplace equipment assessments and safety documentation
- Coordinate mandatory Drug and Alcohol testing with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide general WHS administrative support including safety communications, compliance registers, and meeting documentation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within WHS, compliance, operations or a safety-focused environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accurate record management
- Ability to manage confidential information and follow processes with a high level of professionalism
- Confident communicator able to liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with MS Access or safety systems is advantageous
