This is a highly commercial, fast-paced ecommerce role focused on driving online sales performance across a major marketplace channel. Sitting within a large and dynamic ecommerce function, this role is all about trading, promotions, marketplace optimisation and revenue growth - not website management or backend development.
The role will suit a commercially minded ecommerce or marketplace professional who thrives in a busy retail environment, enjoys working at pace and has the confidence to challenge stakeholders, drive ideas and take ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive marketplace sales performance and revenue growth
- Manage pricing, promotions, EDM activity and daily trading performance
- Analyse sales and campaign results to improve conversion and revenue
- Coordinate product uploads, catalogue updates and SKU optimisation
- Partner with internal teams and Myer stakeholders to execute campaigns
- Ensure accuracy across pricing, promotions and marketplace activity
- Identify issues and proactively improve processes and performance
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Ecommerce Trading, Marketplace or Online Retail environments
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales performance
- Exposure to marketplace platforms such as Myer Marketplace, Amazon, Catch or similar
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and push back
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical capability and ability to interpret trading performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume retail environment
