We are partnering with an exciting new HR consulting business in its first year of operation that is already building strong momentum and a growing client base. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join at an early stage and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the business.
Based in Moorabbin, this role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients to navigate people-related challenges. The successful candidate will bring strong Employee Relations expertise, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders.
This position would suit an HR professional who enjoys consulting-style work and is excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up, while contributing to a supportive and positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert Employee Relations advice to a diverse portfolio of clients
- Manage complex matters including performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes and terminations
- Support clients with workplace policies, procedures and compliance
- Partner with business leaders to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions
- Build strong, collaborative and trusted relationships with clients
- Contribute to the growth of the consultancy through high-quality service and shared success
About You
- 4-5 years (minimum) HR experience with strong Employee Relations capability
- A flexible and adaptable mindset suited to a growing business
- Highly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a client-facing advisory role
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work autonomously
- Takes ownership and pride in delivering great outcomes for clients
