We're on the lookout for an experienced PayGlobal Systems Administrator to join the internal systems team of a highly regarded organisation with a strong market presence, currently focused on enhancing operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across systems, process improvement and transformation initiatives within a complex payroll environment. You'll play a key role in supporting, optimising and enhancing the PayGlobal environment while partnering closely with Payroll, HR, IT and broader business stakeholders.

About the Role:
Sitting within the internal systems team, this role will focus on the ongoing administration, configuration and optimisation of PayGlobal, while also contributing to broader business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll work across system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, reporting and troubleshooting, ensuring the platform is operating effectively and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administration, maintenance and optimisation of the PayGlobal system
* Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Partner with Payroll, HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
* Assist with integrations, upgrades, testing and troubleshooting activities
* Ensure data integrity, system functionality and process efficiency
* Develop and maintain system documentation and reporting
* Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders and users

About You:
* Previous experience working as a PayGlobal Systems Administrator
* Strong technical understanding of PayGlobal and payroll system functionality
* Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements or transformation initiatives
* Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capability
* Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously
