This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance and Operations Manager looking for a flexible, part-time leadership role with genuine purpose and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Lead month-end, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Manage government grants, acquittals, audit and compliance
• Lead and develop a team of 5
• Partner with Directors and senior stakeholders, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
• Oversee and drive improvements across broader finance and operational processes, systems and controls

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years' senior finance experience
• Strong month-end, budgeting, forecasting and analytical capability
• NFP, healthcare, community services or government-funded experience highly desirable
• Xero and Excel experience; Power BI advantageous
• CPA/CA advantageous but not essential
