RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns
* Business and individual tax compliance
* Managing and maintaining a portfolio of SME and privately owned business clients
* Providing advisory services, including cashflow management and forecasting
* Preparation and analysis of KPIs and management reporting
* Proactive client communication and relationship management
* Working closely with owner-managers to support client outcomes
* Identifying opportunities to add value and provide commercial insights to clients
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
* CA or CPA qualified, or close to completion
* 5+ years' experience in public practice, ideally within business services or business advisory
* Strong client-facing and service delivery experience
* Solid technical accounting and tax knowledge
* Confident preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Personable, proactive and commercially minded
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
