About the Role
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of a high-volume fortnightly payroll. You will work closely with employees, managers, and key stakeholders to ensure payroll compliance and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- End-to-end processing of a high volume fortnightly payroll
- Managing employee payroll records and maintaining data integrity
- Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
- Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders
- Assisting with payroll compliance and audit requirements
- Supporting the wider payroll team with process improvements and projects
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience processing high-volume payrolls end-to-end
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Experience using large payroll systems will be highly regarded
- Available to commence at short notice or immediately preferred
