We are partnering with a highly regarded, professional services organisation seeking a People & Culture Adviser to join their growing team in Melbourne.

Working closely with senior People & Culture leaders, you will play a key role supporting employees and managers while contributing to the development of people practices, engagement initiatives, recruitment activities and operational HR processes.

This role would suit someone currently working as an HR Adviser, HR Coordinator or People & Culture professional looking to deepen their capability and grow within a supportive and high-performing organisation.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating employee life cycle processes including on-boarding, inductions, employment changes and off boarding
  • Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the organisation
  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver positive recruitment and candidate experiences
  • Providing practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees across a range of People & Culture matters
  • Supporting probation, performance review and cyclical HR processes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems and documentation

About You

  • Previous experience in a People & Culture, HR Adviser or HR Coordinator role
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employee life cycle processes
  • Hands-on recruitment coordination or talent acquisition experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
