This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established retail business where you'll take ownership of packaging design across a diverse portfolio of consumer products. Working closely with Product, Marketing and Ecommerce, you'll play a key role in bringing products to life through premium, commercially focused packaging that strengthens brand presence both in-store and online.

We're looking for a creative designer who loves packaging, understands retail, and enjoys taking concepts through to finished production artwork. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging across multiple product categories from concept through to production

• Create artwork, dielines, mock-ups and print-ready files

• Maintain brand consistency across packaging, labels, swing tags, POS and supporting collateral

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Ecommerce teams on new product launches and seasonal campaigns

• Ensure artwork is production-ready with exceptional attention to detail

• Research packaging trends, materials and sustainability initiatives to bring fresh ideas to the business

• Support broader brand design across print and physical marketing assets

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Packaging Design, Brand Design or Graphic Design within retail, FMCG or product-based businesses

• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and brand identity work

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)

• Experience creating packaging from concept through to final production artwork

• Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging materials

• Excellent typography, layout and brand design skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience within homewares, lifestyle, fashion or consumer products will be highly regarded
