This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role, leading the delivery of major marketing campaigns, retail activations and brand partnerships during one of the organisation's busiest periods. Working across Brand and Retail Marketing, you will take ownership of multiple high-profile workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, on time and within budget.

This role is ideal for a senior marketing project professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys bringing structure to complex campaigns and can confidently lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major marketing campaigns, retail activations and partnership initiatives

• Drive project timelines, milestones and campaign execution across multiple concurrent workstreams

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Brand, Retail Marketing, Events, Digital, Global teams and external agency partners

• Manage campaign budgets, monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks

• Provide project leadership to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to a premium standard

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading complex marketing projects or integrated campaigns

• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment

• Agency or client-side marketing experience considered

• Experience delivering large-scale campaigns, events, retail activations or brand partnerships highly regarded

• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills with the ability to hit the ground running
