TwoScots Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Australian retail business to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager for their Melbourne head office.

This is a highly commercial, fast-paced ecommerce and performance marketing role focused on driving online sales growth across five well-known retail brands. Reporting directly to the Head of eCommerce, you'll lead digital acquisition performance across SEM, SEO and affiliate channels, working closely with agencies and internal ecommerce teams to maximise traffic, conversions, ROAS and revenue.

The role will suit an experienced Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Ecommerce professional who thrives in a busy retail environment, enjoys working with data and analytics, and is passionate about driving online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing performance across five ecommerce websites

• Manage SEM, SEO and affiliate marketing programs to drive revenue growth

• Oversee agency relationships and hold partners accountable to KPIs

• Monitor and optimise digital marketing budgets, ROAS and conversion performance

• Analyse sales, traffic and campaign data to identify opportunities and improve results

• Partner closely with Ecommerce Managers to drive digital channel performance

• Deliver regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders

• Support CRM, loyalty, automation and customer acquisition initiatives

• Drive continuous improvement across digital channels and customer journeys

What We're Looking For

• Experience within Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Ecommerce environments

• Strong hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Proven ability to manage digital marketing budgets and campaign performance

• Experience managing SEM, SEO and affiliate agency relationships

• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving online sales growth

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Retail or ecommerce experience highly regarded
