We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a professional Business Support Administrator to join their collaborative team. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

The Role

No two days will be the same! Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person.
• Managing client enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Preparing documentation, correspondence and reports.
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and calendars.
• Maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Assisting with client onboarding and administrative processes.
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.
• Ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
• General administrative support as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in administration, customer service or business support.
• Enjoys interacting with clients and delivering a high level of service.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Can confidently manage competing priorities.
• Is proactive, adaptable and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
