We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a professional Business Support Administrator to join their collaborative team. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
The Role
No two days will be the same! Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person.
- Managing client enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Preparing documentation, correspondence and reports.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and calendars.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assisting with client onboarding and administrative processes.
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.
- Ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
- General administrative support as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in administration, customer service or business support.
- Enjoys interacting with clients and delivering a high level of service.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Can confidently manage competing priorities.
- Is proactive, adaptable and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
