ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the FP&A leadership team, this Finance Analyst role plays a key part in delivering insights, analysis, and reporting to support business performance and executive decision-making.
You will work closely with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, while contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives across systems, data, and processes.

DUTIES
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights on key drivers and variances
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis
- Assist in preparing executive reporting packs and presentations
- Support business case development for investments and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with Finance Business Partners to deliver commentary and insights
- Maintain financial data integrity and support system improvements
- Contribute to transformation initiatives including new planning tools and reporting systems
- Develop dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis role
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and modelling capability
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
- Experience in transformation or project environments highly regarded
