Accounts Payable Administrator - 12 month FTC
Salary: $70,000 + Super
Location: Melbourne CBD, 2 days working from home

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a busy finance team. You will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices and supporting day‑to‑day accounts payable operations. The business is open to considering candidates early in their accounting/finance career, provided they have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Managing supplier queries and reconciliations
- Assisting with payments and month‑end tasks
- Supporting the broader finance team as required
About You
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role (or relevant studies with some hands‑on exposure)
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- A proactive and team‑focused attitude
