About the Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a friendly and high-performing payroll team.
Utilising your payroll knowledge, you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Employee masterfile maintenance
- Payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
- Managing payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
- Supporting compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
- Assisting with payroll projects and process improvements as required
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an end-to-end payroll position
- Experience working within a high-volume payroll environment
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
