Finance Administrator - Part Time

TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation to recruit a Finance Administrator for a part-time temporary assignment based in Carlton, commencing in early November.

This varied role combines finance administration and event coordination. Working within a collaborative team, you'll help keep payments, planning and logistics running smoothly.

• $35 per hour

• Part-time temporary assignment commencing early November 2026

• Approximately 2 days per week from November to mid-December, increasing to 3 days per week from February to May 2027

• Please note, there will be no work during January

• Carlton location | Flexible working days

• Work-from-home flexibility once fully trained

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and support customer invoicing

• Assist with expenditure tracking and reporting

• Coordinate meetings, communications and event materials

• Manage shared inboxes, enquiries and event registrations

• Assist with travel, accommodation and event logistics

• Additional ad hoc duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous finance administration experience

• Experience processing invoices and tracking expenditure

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills

• Event coordination experience would be highly regarded
