We're partnering with a well-established organisation about to commence a major people and systems transformation through the implementation of the Dayforce full suite. Supported by an experienced implementation partner, the vendor and internal SMEs, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a business-critical HRIS program.
The project is due to kick off in the coming weeks and will run through implementation, go-live and hypercare, with an expected duration of 16 months.

About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced HRIS Project Manager who has successfully delivered complex HR, payroll or workforce system implementations.
You will lead the project from kick-off through to hypercare, managing timelines, risks, governance and stakeholder engagement while working closely with the implementation partner, vendor and internal SMEs to drive successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Dayforce implementation program
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones and dependencies
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT
- Work closely with the implementation partner and vendor
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering and process mapping
- Oversee testing, training, cutover and go-live activities
- Manage risks, issues, governance and project reporting
- Support change management and business readiness initiatives
- Ensure a smooth transition through go-live and hypercare
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering enterprise HRIS, payroll or workforce management implementations
- Strong project management capability across planning, governance and delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating vendors, consultants and internal business teams
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll and workforce processes
- Experience with testing, cutover and hypercare activities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Dayforce implementation experience is highly regarded but not essential
